Unfortunately, Our arrangements of Eternity roses from Larisalefleurflorals are not eligible for returns but refunds are only acceptable under the following Circumstances:
1. We will happily replace any damaged item, which may have had it's quality affected during shipping as customer satisfaction is our priority.
2. Returns are accepted on a "quality" basis only, issues of "not liking" the arrangement are not on grounds for a return.
3. Refunds Cannot be made to the receiver, Refunds must be made to the sender with proof of payment.
4. If you are ordering flowers for someone else, be sure you are choosing something they would like, Style preferences are not grounds for a refund.
5. All issues must be indicated to us within 24 hours of delivery. If you are calling after hours, Please leave a message with a time to reach you and phone number and we will call the next business day.
6. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your arrangement we have delivered with a valid reason, we will refund your purchase OR replace the original arrangement at no extra coast and redeliver the arrangement as well free of charge.
Cancellation Policy.
Kindly note that once booking is confirmed, any cancellation of the booking attracts the following:
1. For any cancellation after a booking has been confirmed, 30% of your total amount would be charged as handling Charges when you have a valid reason for cancellation.
2. For any Cancellation 2 days prior to your scheduled delivery date, 40% of your total amount will be charged.
3. Cancellation on a day prior to or on the delivery date, 50% of your total amount will be charged.
